Flower Power Sports provides group training for triathlon and other multi-sport events for women of ALL shapes, sizes, ages and levels of experience.

Whether you are an experienced athlete or a first time participant, our programs will support you, challenge you, and get you to the finish line.

Our approach to training at Flower Power Sports is “Start where you are.” If you’re not a runner, you’ll start out walking. If you don’t have a fancy road bike, bring your mountain bike. If you can get from one end of a pool to the other but that’s about it, we’ll give you some tips on swim mechanics and help
you build endurance.
