Here’s a great way to minimize the risk of sport related injury, stay in great shape this summer, and have fun training with other women.
All you have to do is sign up, then show up. All levels of fitness are supported.
Besides the obvious benefit of working out with a GREAT group of women, strength training is good for your bones, helps prevent injury, helps burn fat by increasing your metabolism, and can enhance performance in the other sports you enjoy.
Designed as an alternative to working out in a gym, we’ll enjoy the beautiful outdoors at various locations in Mill Valley. We’ll train together rain or shine, on local trails, in parks, and we’ll get very familiar with the many neighborhood staircases in the area. In addition to working on strengthening our core, we’ll work at a pace that gets your heart pumping and builds cardio fitness. Our workouts are beginner friendly, and they’ll also challenge a seasoned athlete by working your muscles in new ways each week.

Tentative Schedule and locations:
- Morning Session: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9-10am
- Workouts will be held at various outdoor locations in Mill Valley
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Light dumbbells (3-8 lbs)
$150 – 4 weeks (that’s just $12.50 a workout)
*$50 discount terms: Bring a friend who has not previously participated in a Flower Power Program and get a $50 on registration for the 4 week program. This discount can be split between registrations for you and your friend, or applied in total to your registration.
