At Flower Power Sports we take the idea of supporting all ages, all body types, and all levels of fitness seriously. When we say we support beginners we mean it. Similarly, if you’re an experienced athlete looking for peak performance, we can help you with that too.
Our goal is to get each participant to the start line of their target race healthy and well prepared. Our training programs place a heavy emphasis on technique and form, with the objective of minimizing the risk of injury while we increase the volume and intensity of training over the course of the program.
In addition to our popular triathlon training programs, we also offer challenging, motivating and fun outdoor core training (bootcamp), as well as group swim workouts.
